At least 1 year on Water Safety Team; ARC Lifeguard Instructor certification; ability to pass Deep Water Swim; strong communication; ARC Waterpark Lifeguarding, First Aid, CPR & AED certifications; able to stand, lift 30 lbs; outdoor work in all weather; varying shifts including opening, mid, closing; 3 open days.
