Position Summary
The Transaction Audit Clerk performs Quality Control/Audits/Audit DMV paperwork to ensure it is accurate and complete. Associate will be working on-site at customer's office in Rancho Cucamonga
Responsibilities
Data Entry
Image documents for electronic filing
Ensure clients are contacted as appropriate related to missing documents and/or errors
Additional Notes:
California Department of Motor Vehicles’ Business Partner Automation (BPA) Program approval is required. BPA Application Documents and Livescan fingerprinting are needed to obtain approval.
Qualifications
A high level of attention to detail and results driven
Strong analytical skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service/focus
Must pass DOJ/FBI background check
High school diploma
Strong data entry skills, specifically in Windows and IOS environments
Ability to identify, document, track, and monitor problems/issues to a timely resolution
Problem solving ability
Ability to work in a team environment
Compensation: $20/hr - $23/hr
