The impact you will have in this role:
This EDGE program opportunity is for the Treasury Operations team within the CFO organization. This position will provide exposure to key Treasury and Finance disciplines, including wire processing, account reconciliation, collateral management and client engagement. The position will also provide opportunities to engage with various stakeholders across the firm, including Risk Management, Operations, Financial Reporting & Accounting and various compliance and embedded risk teams.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Reconciling accounts for DTCC and its subsidiaries
- Managing collateral on behalf of DTCC’s clients
- Processing wire transfers
- Managing securities settlement activities
- Executing foreign exchange trades
- Generating reporting and analytics to drive process efficiencies
- Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately

Qualifications:
- Candidates must be working towards a bachelor’s degree in the following curriculums and graduating no later than May 2026: Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field
- Candidates must have authorization to work permanently in the US without the need for sponsorship (now or in the future)
- Candidates must have minimum of a 3.2 GPA upon graduation
Talents Needed for Success:
- Must demonstrate superior analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Communications skills, including written, oral and presentation
- Strong interest in the financial services industry, with previous internship experience a plus
- Demonstrable leadership talent, e.g., managing a club or organization, volunteering, captaining a team.
- Show your ability to mentor, engage and motivate colleagues
