Position Summary
The Treasury and Finance Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing financial activities within the organization. This includes cash management, financial planning, budgeting, and risk management. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of financial markets.What will your job entail?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare cash, investment income, and interest expense forecasts for both domestic and international business units and perform periodic budget to actual analysis
Assist in producing cash flow statements given a P&L and balance sheet
Act as primary financial modeler with the company’s consolidation system, Workday Adaptive Planning
Participate in the annual budgeting process
Develop financial models and presentations to assist ad-hoc projects including capital raises and equity offerings
Prepare schedules and debt calculations to support the Company’s financial covenant requirements
Assist with external reporting and communications to Investors & Rating Agencies
Coordinate the implementation of system solutions by gathering and analyzing business requirements, researching business and information technology industry trends, and assisting with the development of related procedures, trainings, and communications.
Support the Company’s acquisition activities by preparing accretion/dilution and updating capital structure models used to support investment decisions and assisting in the creation presentation materials for senior management in its evaluation of the opportunities
Act as a backfill for Treasury Operations, including: payment execution and preparation of bank account documentation
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong PC literacy with the Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis in Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with large data models and able to optimize and summarize information
Able to create stored procedures and macros within excel (or desire to learn)
Must have strong oral and written communication skills
Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities to meet deadlines
Proactive and positive team member who is self-motivated to achieve all goals
Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
Excellent attention-to-detail capabilities to assure complete reporting accuracy
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
Strong understanding of US GAAP and IFRS (revenue recognition criteria, contingent liabilities, etc.)
Strong understanding of financial concepts, including: time value of money, debt and equity valuation, capital budgeting, derivatives, currency exchange, financial statement analysis, etc.
Experience working in Information Systems (knowledge of MS Access / SQL) and data analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx) or strong desire to learn
0 – 3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Public Accounting, or Consulting highly desirable
CPA or CPA eligible a strong plus
CFA Candidacy a strong plus

The target salary range for this position is $62,000.00 - $77,500.00 annually.The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
