The Treasury Management Implementation Specialist II is responsible for managing the onboarding of clients and implementation of treasury management products and services. This role serves as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle and partners with Portfolio Managers and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely setups and a seamless transition from sale through go-live and into ongoing support.

  • Manage end-to-end implementation of treasury management products, including account structures, ACH, wires, online banking, positive pay, and other cash management services.
  • Serve as primary client contact throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Conduct onboarding calls and deliver client training to support product adoption.
  • Partner with Portfolio Managers to understand client needs and translate them into implementation requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, technology, compliance, and risk) to ensure accurate and timely setups.
  • Track milestones and maintain detailed implementation documentation to meet deadlines.
  • Identify and resolve issues, escalating as needed to minimize client impact.
  • Execute comprehensive handoff to client support teams.
  • Maintain a high level of client service and professionalism.
  • Working knowledge of treasury management or banking operations.
  • Familiarity with payment systems such as ACH, wires, and online banking platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Minimum Required: 2+ years of relevant experience in banking, treasury management, or related field.
  • Minimum Required: None.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Treasury management and online banking platforms.
