JOIN TEAM TRILOGY
The Trilogy Flex Force Coordinator will assist with and support all aspects of the Flex Force delivery strategy. They will support a team of fulltime
clinical professionals (may include RN, LPN, CRMA, CRCA) and coordinate ongoing activities including onboarding, scheduling and payroll.
The ideal candidate will support a combined local and remote team for clinical positions throughout the organization. This position will report
directly to the Director, Trilogy Flex Force.
POSITION OVERVIEW
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for accurate payroll reconciliation, scheduling, and cost allocation via payroll/labor management system(s),
including verifying hours, reviewing missing punches, fixing schedule discrepancies and deviations, and completing time and
attendance reporting for department director. - Maintains all Flex Force employee personnel and medical/benefit files.
- Validates assignments and ensures the proper allocation of DHS float, Social Services Float and Flex Force hours.
- Maintains licensure/certification, vaccination, and other required information via HRIS system(s). Ensures information is
accurate, complete, up‐to‐date, and follows company policies and procedures. - Ensures that invoices are matched with the appropriate P.O. and are coded to the appropriate cost center. Ensures accuracy
and timely entry into the accounts payable system according to company standards, policies, and procedures. - Support a team of full‐time clinical professionals (may include RN, LPN, CRMA, CRCA) and coordinate ongoing activities including
onboarding, scheduling and payroll. - Collaborates with Director, Trilogy Flex Force to fully understand staffing needs, and provide service with a consultative
approach. - Facilitates onboarding and employee engagement processes and strategies to assist in retaining top clinical talent.
Collaborates with key stakeholders to understand current and future workforce scheduling needs. - Coordinates activities according to the strategic direction of the workforce, understanding trends and anticipating the
organization's response to labor market changes, such as shortages and surpluses.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent. College graduate or some college classes preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative, payroll, and/or scheduling experience with an emphasis on healthcare/clinical support
services required. - Experience in coordination of a remote team
- Proven experience working in a Centers of Excellence (CoE) integrated HR environment.
- Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Exemplary computer skills that include knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
