You will coordinate support from all program and sustainment areas, translate customer and product requirements into realistic logistics solutions, and monitor the effectiveness of those solutions through field and Lockheed Martin Aeronautics performance metrics. In addition, you will be responsible for providing integrated logistics support to customers of Advance Development Program (ADP) Sustainment Operations as a member of the ADP Sustainment Integration office.

• Performance Monitoring & Metrics
o Monitor the effectiveness of the U-2 sustainment solution using field data and LM Aero performance metrics (e.g. critical parts, degraders, part availability, turn around times, mission critical supply levels.
o Conduct analysis of the sustainment system – including mods, fabrication, test, installation, operations, maintenance and disposal – to identify gaps, verify effectiveness and asses cost/risk.
• Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement
o Lead/Participate in root cause investigations for logistics’ shortfalls (Keep Em Flying Cell (KEF)/Degrader Council). Coordinate corrective actions with functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Executive Level Communication & Presentation
o Develop and deliver internal and external executive level functional and program presentations, ensuring consistent, accurate messaging about U-2 sustainment status, risk, and achievements, in line with the Inform, Discuss, Recognize and Decide set up
o Produce directed metrics reports and performance dashboards for senior leadership and Line of Business stakeholders
• Sustainment Program Management
