About The Role:
As an Validator on our Data Audit and Reporting team, you’ll play a key role in protecting the integrity of our loan data. You’ll validate loan-level and field-level information to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across systems.
This is a detail-driven role where your analytical mindset and commitment to quality make a real impact. Your work helps ensure our reporting is reliable and that we meet internal and regulatory standards with confidence.
Here’s a snapshot of what you’d be doing:
Validating loan-level and field-level data to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
Reviewing system fields of record to confirm reporting integrity and compliance standards are met.
Identifying data inconsistencies and digging into root causes.
Developing solutions and recommending improvements to prevent future discrepancies.
Partnering with teammates to strengthen data processes and reporting reliability.
Contributing to a positive team culture and supporting additional responsibilities as needed.
