About this role
6+ years compliance/legal experience in investment management, knowledge of the Investment Company Act of 1940 preferred, working knowledge of digital assets/tokenization, experience implementing controls, strong analytical and communication skills, Bachelor’s degree required; law degree or MBA welcome.
