EXL Health is looking for a Vice President of Clinical Healthcare Solutions. This is a remote role with 20% -40% travel.
VP, Healthcare Clinical Solutions will be focused on driving the innovation, strategy and commercialization of EXL’s data and AI assets into healthcare clinical and operational end to end processes to create solutions focused on optimizing the healthcare spend and enable our clients to achieve their outcomes and organizational goals.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and leading the strategy, development, value creation, market leadership, and customer success of our healthcare clinical solutions and services.
Primary responsibilities include developing and maintaining the healthcare clinical market solution offering innovation, strategy and roadmap in conjunction with other data and AI solution leaders, driving solutions from idea to launch, and actively partnering and collaborating with customers, service delivery, technology, sales, marketing, and other parts of the organization to deliver on solution success metrics, including but not limited to revenue growth, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Position Purpose:
- Applies deep domain expertise to help design, develop, test, and scale innovative solutions, partnering effectively across product, technology, implementation and delivery teams.
- Support client adoption of innovative solutions through proof of concept and other early-stage activities
- Develop and maintain the solution strategy, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure execution and meeting of customer requirements
- Be responsible for educating internal teams and customers on solution features
- Actively partner with customers, vendors/partners and internal departments (e.g., customers, sales, marketing, client success, solutioning, services, training, support and other cross-functional teams) to translate problem statements into solutions.
- Work with sales, finance and leadership teams to determine customer solution, pricing and packaging approach.
- Serve as SME for sales enablement activities
- Serve as SME in consulting engagements
- Serve as the customer success leader, driving for flawless execution and anticipate the client’s future needs.
- Conduct market research to further clarify solution strengths and gaps to help feed into future solution definitions/strategy, document market landscape, and articulate solution business requirements
- Articulate core value proposition and competitive advantage to the market by working with marketing to build compelling sales and marketing presentations that properly position the products
- For defined strategy, develop and maintain end to end strategic solution roadmap
- For defined strategy, determine when to buy, build or partner for solution enhancements.
- Measure adoption and utilization of all features, products, and services to determine business value to customers and company. Actively work to increase adoption of solution.
- Prepare executive level updates internally and externally.
- Support Analyst Relations and other market facing activities as required
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years, senior leadership and or executive leadership in strategy transformation and operational optimization
- Minimum of 10 years US healthcare, payer experience ideally spanning, utilization management care, management, and population health
- Education: BSN with active RN licensure or similar
- Demonstrated evidence of effective execution leading multidisciplinary teams, establishing maintaining and reinforcing client relationships
- Executive level communication skills
- Experience with AI in Healthcare
- Product/Offering Management experience
