7+ years in risk management (capital markets/derivatives preferred); strong quantitative, analytical and communication skills; knowledge of CCR metrics (EPE, PFE, XVA), CSA/ISDA; experience drafting risk policies; proficiency with Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint; Master's/Bachelor's preferred; progress toward CFA/FRM preferred.
