About the job

 We are seeking a high-impact sales leader to driver our LATAM business across both direct and alliances sales.  This executive will own regional revenue performance, deepening direct and alliance customer relationships through upsell/cross-sell as well as delivering new logo acquisition.  This role requires a dynamic operator who combines strategic planning with ability to execute hands-on and drive results. The ideal candidate understands how to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, develop trusted executive-level relationships, and build repeatable go-to-market motions across diverse Latin American markets.  The VP, LATAM Sales will partner closely with Marketing, Market Planning, Customer Success,  Pre-Sales (Solutions Consulting), and Global Sales leadership to drive sustainable growth and expand market share.

Responsibilities

·Sales Leadership & Growth

·Own and deliver against revenue and ACV objectives across the region, including both new business acquisition and expansion of existing customer relationships

·Develop and execute against regional sales growth plans aligned with corporate strategic priorities and market opportunities

·Develop and execute a comprehensive alliance strategy across channel partners, technology providers, system integrators, industry associations, and strategic ecosystem participants.

·Build and maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline visibility and operating norms to create accountability and efficient execution

·Direct Sales and Alliances Leadership:

·Lead and develop a blended sales organization spanning direct enterprise sales, channel partnerships / alliances

·Recruit, develop and transform commercial talent to deliver business needs, while building a culture of performance, collaboration and accountability

·Develop high-impact partnerships with resellers, technology partners, and ecosystem alliances to extend market reach and accelerate revenue

·Ensure the development and growth of direct customer relationships across the region

·Regional Leadership & Cross-functional execution

·Serve as the senior commercial leader for LATAM region, partnering closely with Market Planning, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Strategy, Operations, and Global Sales leadership

·Drive market development efforts across emerging and established LATAM markets

·Translate regional market needs into clear, grounded recommendations that drive organizational change and improvement in regional results

·Effectively represent the company externally at customer meetings, industry events, and strategic partner engagements

·Foster collaboration across global and regional teams to accelerate innovation, operational excellence, and customer impact

Requirements

·15+ years of progressive enterprise sales leadership experience, including leadership responsibility across LATAM

·Demonstrated success leading both direct sales teams and partner/alliance ecosystems

·Experience driving growth through a balanced focus on new logo acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.

·Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders

·Experience managing complex, multi-country sales environments with cultural and operational nuance

·Fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish

·Experience in data, analytics, SaaS, risk, information services, fintech, or technology-enabled solutions

·Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with exceptional academic achievement; master's degree preferred

·Significant travel required (50%+)
