About this role
Job Purpose
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for maintaining an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment, reconditioning and preparing used equipment for reuse, and ensuring accurate inventory and timely distribution of parts, tools, and equipment to support field operations. This role may also take on additional responsibilities such as inventory control, equipment ordering, receiving, and refurbishment as operational needs evolve.
Essential Functions
Warehouse Operations
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, pressure washers, and forklifts (with proper certification).
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and safety.
- Pull and stage equipment for field technicians, new store builds, and contractor use.
- Assist in reconditioning and preparing used equipment for reuse or redistribution.
- Support month-end inventory procedures and assist with tracking new equipment.
Inventory & Fulfillment
- Restock and organize small parts, tools, and components.
- Fulfill service requests by processing tickets and shipping items to store locations.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and fulfillment activity.
Delivery & Store Support
- Prepare and ship promotional materials for store openings.
- Deliver equipment or supplies to store locations as needed.
Cleanliness & Maintenance
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, work areas, and surrounding grounds.
- Perform basic upkeep of warehouse tools and equipment.
Additional Responsibilities
- Follow Royal Farms safety, security, and operational procedures as outlined in SOPs and training materials.
- Uphold the mission, core values, and brand standards of the company by ensuring all practices reflect integrity, accountability, and operational excellence.
- Performs other projects/duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Valid driver’s license (or ability to obtain one) and current vehicle insurance.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to frequently lift/push/pull/carry up to 40 lbs and occasionally up to 80 lbs.
- Physically capable of standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, and reaching overhead for extended periods.
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as operational needs change.
Preferred
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or facilities support role.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, pressure washers, and forklifts.
- Experience using inventory management systems or ticketing platforms (e.g., Service Channel).

Work Requirements
This warehouse-based role involves regular physical activity such as lifting up to 40lbs frequently and up to 80lbs occasionally, along with extended periods of standing, bending, climbing, and reaching. A valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance are required, and occasional local travel may be necessary. The position takes place in an active environment that requires focus on safety, organization, and mobility.
Pay Range
USD $22.00 - USD $27.00 /Hr.
