Warehouse Supervisor

 

 

 

Position Summary

Responsible for supervising warehouse operations to support field and project needs. Ensures accurate inventory, timely deliveries, and compliance with safety procedures.

Position Details

• Oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage and shipping.
• Monitors inventory levels and coordinates replenishment to maintain appropriate stock.
• Conducts inventory audits; identifies and resolves inventory discrepancies, including missing or unaccounted items.
• Enforces warehouse safety procedures and regulations.
• Communicates with management, suppliers and logistics teams.
• Identifies and resolves operational issues.
• Supervises warehouse staff, assigns tasks, provides coaching, training, and performance
• feedback; supports hiring and termination processes.

Qualifications 

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years’ relative experience, with at least one year’s experience as a people manager
• Solid organizational and supervisory skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid project management skills
• Strong multi-task and prioritization skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Solid computer skills in Microsoft Excel and inventory software
