Our accounting associate roles are full-time, Monday-Friday, paid hourly positions, on-site at our support center located off of Glenwood Ave. in Raleigh, NC.

What we are looking for:

  • Individuals with outstanding multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to change within a growing company

  • Ability to self-motivate in work in a high paced atmosphere
  • Ability to utilize multiple software systems
  • Working knowledge of dealer software systems & DMS software (preferred)
  • Someone with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of warranty accounting processes (preferred)
  • Ability to read and understand technician verbiage and apply it to appropriate warranty coding

                           

Core Responsibilities:

  • Review claims for manufacturers’ compliance with policy and procedures
  • Proficient in using Google Docs/Excel to assist in the resolution of dealer compliance issues
  • Editing, coding, and finalizing repair orders
  • Prepare, record, and submit warranty claims to the factory and/or distributor
  • Maintain current warranty receivable schedules to ensure proper cash flow for dealerships
  • Process all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation
  • Handle all processing and accounting tasks for warranty claims
  • Maintain appropriate manufacturer’s warranty certifications
  • Ensure dealerships stay compliant with warranty policy
  • Prior automotive warranty experience is preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record is required
