Warranty Manager

As a Warranty Manager, you will use your construction industry knowledge to provide service to our customers in accordance with NVR's warranty policy to ensure fair, prompt, and courteous attention to our customers' concerns.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform required final inspection service within approved company standards
• Respond to daily incoming customer calls within 24 hours
• Work directly with customers on warranty issues and concerns
• Direct staff to ensure all work is scheduled, performed, and completed in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

• ​3-5 years experience managing the service function in the construction industry
• Good problem solving and fiscal management skills
• Bachelors Degree preferred
