As our Food & Beverage Admin Assistant, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps everything running smoothly. From handling calls to organizing files, you’re the go-to for keeping our team efficient and upbeat—always with a smile and in true Aimbridge Hospitality style!

• Attendance Ace: Reliably show up ready for action, dressed to impress and ready to represent Aimbridge Hospitality. Whether it’s a bustling weekend or a holiday rush, you keep the team moving in style. 
• Office Organization Wizard: Files, supplies, and mail don’t stand a chance against your organizational powers! Keep everything updated, ordered, sorted, and in its proper place so the department runs like clockwork. 
• Record-Keeping Rockstar: From purchase orders to inventory logs and payroll paperwork, you keep track of it all. Your attention to detail means nothing gets lost and everything is accounted for. 
• Team Spirit Champion: Help foster an environment where everyone works together and stays informed. Take part in meetings, ensure associates are always courteous, and jump in with any additional duties that help the department shine.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is a plus. 
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred. 
• Skilled in typing (55 wpm) and proficient with Microsoft operating systems, OnQ, and Sales Pro Enterprise. 
• Strong communication skills; able to clearly convey information and resolve concerns for guests and coworkers. 
• Effective problem-solving abilities, especially under pressure, with the capacity to handle complex information and adapt as needed. 
• Comfortable working with financial data and performing basic arithmetic functions.
