One year of related maintenance experience in a high-output manufacturing environment; proficiency with hand/power tools, micrometers, calipers; strong mechanical troubleshooting; able to read electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic diagrams; forklift and machining experience; able to wear respirator; good communication and multi-tasking skills; able to work independently and in a team; physical stamina to stand, walk, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs; on-call flexibility.
