Refund credits to and collect small balances from appropriate parties.%3C/p%3E%3Cp style=%22font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt;margin:0in;%22%3Ec) Research and resolve unmatched cash (suspense).%3C/p%3E%3Cp style=%22font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt;margin:0in;%22%3Ed) Review duplicate financing report to determine who should pay off their line/account. Contact the appropriate party to collect the payoff. Collect updated insurance certificates as existing ones expire. Analyze upon receipt to verify appropriate coverage, deductible, etc. Notify dealer credit of insufficient policy coverage.
