Your Opportunity:

We are looking for highly motivated students to join our team as Application Engineering Co-ops from May - December 2026 in Wisconsin.

What You'll be doing:

  • Perform market and competitor research to support product health analysis and new product definition
  • Assist with the design, documentation, and testing of product selection software used by customers and internal teams
  • Analyze customer needs and translate customer value points into software logic, tools, and documentation
  • Support development of training, educational, and marketing materials that communicate product features and benefits
  • Partner with application engineers, product management, and marketing teams to ensure a competitive and customer-focused product offerings
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and operations teams to gain exposure to the full product lifecycle, while contributing to cross-functional discussions around product strategy, performance, and continuous improvement.

What You Should Have:

  • Enrollment in a related bachelor’s degree program (Mechanical, Industrial, Technology, Manufacturing or Applied Engineering etc. or similar degree with technical aptitude)
  • On track to graduate in the next 2 years or less
  • Interest in hands-on learning
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, innovative environment
  • Strong verbal communication skills, confident delivery, and the capacity to engage with diverse audiences
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to support customer-focused solutions
