Overview:
Delaware North is hiring a full-time Workday Product Owner to join our team at our global headquarters in Buffalo, New York. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading the ongoing enhancement, configuration, and delivery of our global Workday Learning and Performance solutions. - Execute the ongoing product roadmap for Workday Learning and Performance and own the product backlog, including user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Support sprint planning, testing, deployment, system updates, releases, and enhancements within an Agile framework
- Manage Workday Learning support workflows, including Help Case intake, triage, and resolution, and serve as a primary point of contact for system questions, enhancements, and issue resolution
- Configure and maintain Workday Learning and Performance functionality, including content, campaigns, assignments, compliance, goal setting, check-ins, reviews, and calibration support
- Generate and analyze reports, track adoption, completion, and utilization metrics, and ensure data accuracy and integrity within Workday
- Create end-user training materials and job aids, support the selection and assignment of compliance and new hire learning content, and partner with external vendors to curate learning content
- Translate stakeholder needs into actionable solutions, recommend emerging learning and performance technologies, and own the annual global compliance learning program from planning through launch, tracking, and reporting
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with Workday Learning or Performance modules is required
- Experience with Workday reporting and data analysis highly preferred
- Strong learning technology and performance management fluency
- Expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles; knowledge of ADDIE, Accelerated Learning, or other adult learning methodology preferred
- Consulting mindset with the ability to influence and partner effectively
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including user stories, backlog management, and sprint cycles, preferred
- Experience with authoring tools, such as Articulate Rise 360, Storyboard, and Captivate, preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
