Job Qualifications
1 year of retail, food and/or services management/supervisory experience is required. The hiring supervisor may accept successful completion of one of the following training programs as a substitute for one year of experience: Retail/food: National Brand Fast Food (NBFF), Exchange Restaurant Operations Management Academy (ROMA), Exchange Retail Management Training (RMT) or Retail Management Academy (RMA) training programs.Retail/services: Exchange Retail Management Training (RMT) or Retail Management Academy (RMA) training programs. -Must complete ServSafe (5460) within 30 days of assuming position (retail/food only).
