Education & Experience  

 

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record 
• At least one year of driving experience 
• Strong communication and decision-making skills 
• Ability to stay calm, composed, and objective under pressure

Team members support 241 guest rooms, each with a private balcony and desert views, along with on‑site dining, the Sonoran Spa, three pools, hot tubs, and horseback‑accessible nature paths.
