About this role
Position: Caregiver, HHA, & CNA
Hourly: $17.00 - $22.00 for HHA and $19.00 - $24.00 for CNA hourly, depending on experience
Service Area: 7141 York Avenue South, Edina, MN 5543
Schedule: FTE options below
Option 1, 0.3 FTE part-time AM 7am-11am - Week 1: Sunday, Thursday and Friday / Week 2: Thursday, Friday and Sunday
Option 2, On-Call. Requirement: 1 shift per month and 1 weekend (Saturday and Sunday) shift per month.

Position Duties & Responsibilities:
As a Caregiver/HHA/CNA with us you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:

CNA’s and HHA’s provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.

Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.

Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.

Assist with medication administration.

Experience providing direct cares in an assisted living community is preferred.

Strong interest in healthcare.

Positive, compassionate attitude.

Strong customer service and communication skills.
