- Shifts: Weekends only (Saturdays and/or Sundays).

Location: Venues are located across Fairfax County (serving the Reston, Vienna, Fairfax, and Annandale communities).
- Commitment: 6 Weeks
- Dates: Starts Sept 12th/13th & Ends Oct 17th/18th
- Instruction & Skill Development: Teach young athletes the fundamental skills of volleyball (bumping, passing, setting, and serving). Implement age-appropriate drills using convenient practice plans provided by i9 Sports.
- Mentorship & Collaboration: Lead practice sessions and actively assist/guide our volunteer parent coaches.
- Game Officiating: Serve as the official for youth volleyball games, ensuring fair play, managing rule violations, and maintaining an unbiased, positive game environment.
- Safety & Supervision: Ensure the safety of all participants during practices and games, maintaining an inclusive and encouraging atmosphere.
- Communication: Maintain open, professional communication with parents, players, and staff. Provide program updates via Connecteam.

Training: Complete mandatory pre-season training sessions (fully compensated).
- Previous experience playing or coaching volleyball.
- Strong knowledge of volleyball rules and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, with a knack for motivating children and collaborating with parents.
- Patience, high energy, and a passion for youth sports development.
- Ability to efficiently solve problems on the fly.
- Must be available for the Fall Season dates listed in the schedule
- Extremely reliable, responsible, and organized.
- Availability to work each weekend of the season.
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Must have a personal vehicle / reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
