You and Us

The Product Manager will be responsible for the definition and evolution of solutions to support the Customer and the Employee Experience, a valuable member of the Team driving the organization in the exciting Digital Transformation journey.

You will be part of the IT & Transformation team, where all business requirements flow into, where all transformations are fostered and nurtured, where all projects are designed, analyzed, launched, delivered, monitored, and supervised.

This is an entry-level to early-career role that combines product management with the support of end-to-end delivery, ensuring that digital solutions are well-defined and successfully implemented.

You will help shape the product vision and play an active role in delivering initiatives that improve store operations efficiency and enhance employee experience across our retail network.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the definition and evolution of the product vision and roadmap for Store and HR Employee applications.
  • Gather and translate business needs from Customer, Digital, Store Operations, HR, and other stakeholders into clear and actionable specifications.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in line with business priorities.
  • Support the delivery of digital initiatives across Store and HR systems, ensuring smooth collaboration between business and technical teams from definition to implementation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital solutions through structured feedback and operational insights.

 

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems / engineering (preferable), Business or a related field.
  • Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in a Product, Project, or similar role, ideally within retail or omnichannel environments.
  • Basic understanding or exposure to Store and HR systems (e.g., POS, workforce management, or employee’s applications) is a plus.
  • Ability to combine structured thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Strong motivation to grow in product management and digital delivery.
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with good problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

  • Internship or academic project experience in retail, digital, or operations environments.
  • Interest in fashion retail and digital transformation.
