Accurately assigns ICD-10-CM, CPT code, APC’s, and DRG’s to all applicable acute care/hospital patient encounters.  Actively participates in the clinical documentation improvement program.  All team members of Southeast Georgia Health System will promote a culture of safety, follow established policies, and adhere to all state and federal regulatory requirements, DNV requirements, and national patient safety standards.
