1776 - Software Engineer

Sigma Defense Systems LLC is hiring a Software Engineer to support programs related to electronic warfare systems. The role involves developing requirements and design specifications, implementing system specifications, developing test plans and procedures, and supporting system testing and installation.

What you'll do:

• Support of programs related to electronic warfare systems
• Work in a structured and multidisciplinary team environment
• Development of requirements and design specifications
• Implementation of developed system specifications, test plan, and procedure development
• System testing and installation support

What they're looking for:

• 0-3 years of experience software engineering/development using Git based tools
• Proficiency with C++, Python, and Bash scripting in a Linux operating environment
• Working knowledge of virtualization and containerization
• Interest and understanding of RF signals and radar technologies
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance or higher
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study
• Math or physics background is desired
