2026-2027: Video Production Assistant - Work-Study Required

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assist with the broadcast for our home games on Midco Sports Plus
• Video switching, camera operations, graphics, replay, video editing, and other game day work flows
• Creating positive game environments
• Student must be hard working and on time
• Other duties as assigned
  
   

Required Qualifications:

• Must be currently enrolled in 6 or more credits as a student at the University of Minnesota Crookston and have work-study funding
• Must be meeting Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) standards
• Must be willing to work weekends/home games
• Must have an interest in video production and knowledge of sports
• Have a good attitude
• Must be creative and outgoing

The University of Minnesota Crookston Athletic Department sponsors 11 NCAA Division II programs and competes in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC). It also sponsors Equestrian as a varsity sport teaching the two disciplines of Western and Hunt. Equestrian competes in the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA). The athletic department is home to the Golden Eagles and made up of over 30 staff members and 300 student athletes. The department hosts over 75 athletic events throughout the year. During the events it is a priority for the department to provide a fun, spirited, and inclusive environment, for students, university employees, and fans to cheer on the Golden Eagles. Lastly, the department is diligent that administration, coaches, and student athletes represent the University of Minnesota Crookston with pride and respect during competition, in the classroom, and in the community.

Pay Range: $15.25 per hour; depending on education/qualifications/experience
