Textron is an aviation company focused on specialized engineering and innovation. The HR Co-Op will partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and EHS team members to assist with processes, programs, and initiatives that impact the workforce experience.

What you'll do:

• As an HR Co‑Op, you will partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and EHS team members to assist with processes, programs, and initiatives that impact our workforce experience

What they're looking for:

• * Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher with a major in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field required
• * Able to work onsite at the Piney Flats, TN location
• * Able to work from August to December
• * Strong verbal and written communication skills
• * Excellent attention to detail and follow‑through
• * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
• * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• * Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• * Customer‑focused mindset and strong interpersonal skills
