2026 Fall Human Resources Intern

Textron is a global Fortune 500 company with a diverse portfolio of industry leading brands. They are seeking a Human Resources Intern to gain hands-on experience, contribute to real projects, and support the recruitment process.

What you'll do:

• Find and attract top talent, both internally and externally
• Identify and maximize channels of talent that support critical functional areas
• Research current recruiting trends and provide team recommendations for best practices
• Represent the company at events such as career fairs, information sessions, on campus interviewing events and business fairs to schedule and conduct interviews

What they're looking for:

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources, business or another related field required
• Microsoft Office Applications
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills required
• Must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and maintain confidential information
