2026 Guggenheim Securities Investment Banking Analyst - Healthcare Services (Pharma Services)

Guggenheim Securities is seeking an Analyst to join its Healthcare Services team in Richmond. This position will focus primarily on covering pharma services and involve working closely with senior bankers on various strategic and financing assignments.

What you'll do:

• Perform financial and valuation analysis such as discounted cash flow analysis, leveraged buyout analysis, public and transaction comparable valuation analysis
• Prepare client pitch presentations
• Preparation of transaction marketing materials including teasers, information memoranda, company operating models, and other transaction-related documentation
• Interact with senior bankers, senior management at clients, transaction lawyers and accountants
• Build and develop relationships with clients through ongoing engagement and demonstration of financial and industry knowledge
• Perform company and industry research and gain in-depth understanding of sector trends, client challenges and strategies in order to develop innovative and creative solutions for our clients
• Develop an in depth understanding of M&A deal processes

What they're looking for:

• Must have received a Bachelor's degree in December 2025 or Spring 2026
