2026 Internship, Fall - Equipment Operations

Red Bull New York is one of the original charter clubs in Major League Soccer, competing since 1996. The internship focuses on learning the operations of a sports team, specifically within the Equipment department, assisting in daily operations and match preparations.

What you'll do:

• Travel preparations and logistics management for a pro sports team
• Day to day operations, supporting the players and coaches with training and match preparation
• Compliance protocols surrounding club branding, league minimum standards, and kit requirements
• Inventory management utilizing current technology partners
• How our equipment team supports special events, community relations initiatives, and partnership ventures

What they're looking for:

• Must be working towards an undergraduate or graduate degree and eligible to receive college credit for this position
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A passion or eagerness to work in the Sports industry
• Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail
• Comfortable and proficient with various technology including Microsoft Office
• Must be able to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality within a team environment
• Personable and enthusiastic about participating in a team environment
