The Operations Internship Program gives students hands-on experience through impactful projects across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and environmental health and safety while developing technical, business, analytical, and leadership skills.

What they're looking for:

  • Completed at least one year of college coursework prior to the start of the internship
  • Candidates must be returning to school following the internship assignment
  • Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship
  • Must be geographically mobile
  • Must have a strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
  • Exceptionally demonstrated interpersonal skills
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
  • Engineering candidates should be pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, or Computer Science
  • Quality candidates should be pursuing a degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or Bioengineering
  • Manufacturing candidates should be pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management
