BNY is a global financial services company. The 2027 Analyst Program – Engineering (Developer) offers students a 24-month rotational experience focused on software engineering, including designing, building, testing, releasing, and improving applications, APIs, automation, and platform capabilities. Analysts collaborate with engineering, architecture, and product teams to deliver secure and reliable technology solutions.
What you'll do:
- Contribute across the end-to-end software development lifecycle by translating client and business needs into technical designs; building and enhancing features, APIs, automation, developer tools, and platform capabilities; and supporting testing, release, monitoring, and continuous improvement
- Use best-in-class, enterprise-approved AI coding tools to accelerate development, testing, debugging, and documentation while validating outputs and protecting information
- Apply modern engineering practices, including source control, code review, reusable frameworks, automated testing, and CI/CD
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and product partners to solve problems and deliver secure, reliable solutions
- Contribute to the development of applications and features that support business and engineering needs
- Help improve software quality by identifying issues, testing solutions, and supporting implementation
- Support teams in delivering reliable, effective technology solutions through strong development practices

What they're looking for:
- Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program
- Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027 (U.S.)
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
- Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying
- Strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred
