2027 BNY Analyst Program – Product Management

BNY is a global financial services company that provides products, platforms, and experiences to meet client needs and support business goals. The Product Management Analyst will support market research, roadmap development, product performance analysis, and cross-functional efforts to bring solutions from concept to launch.

What you'll do:

• Research market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to help inform product priorities and positioning
• Support roadmap development by organizing requirements, synthesizing feedback, and helping teams evaluate trade-offs
• Track product adoption, usage, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Partner with product, sales, marketing, and delivery teams to help move ideas from concept to launch support
• Help teams design products and experiences that better match what clients need now and next
• Contribute to product decisions grounded in evidence, feedback, and measurable outcomes

What they're looking for:

• Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred
• Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027 (U.S.)
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying
