2027 BNY Summer Internship Program - Engineering (Data Science) - Pittsburgh, PA

BNY is a global financial services company that uses advanced technology and data-driven solutions to support clients and business operations. The Engineering (Data Science) Summer Intern will apply data science and analytical methods, analyze and engineer data, build automated models and tools, and collaborate with engineering and business teams to develop practical recommendations.

What you'll do:

• Apply data science and analytical methods to solve real business and engineering problems
• Analyze data, perform profiling and feature engineering, and identify patterns, trends, and anomalies
• Build and automate analytical processes, models, and tools that improve decision-making and efficiency
• Partner with teams across engineering and the business to turn data insights into practical recommendations

What they're looking for:

• Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred
• Graduating in Dec 2027 or May 2028 (U.S.)
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying
