2027 Business Development Operations Summer Analyst

StepStone Group is a global private markets specialist delivering investment solutions, advisory services, and data-driven insights. The Business Development Operations Summer Analyst supports local and global business development teams through CRM maintenance, reporting, event coordination, scheduling, and ad-hoc projects.

What you'll do:

• Update and maintain data in the firm’s CRM system (Salesforce) on behalf of and in conjunction with the BD team
• Produce various standardized or ad-hoc business development reports
• Liaise with the firm’s Marketing and Communications Team in coordinating the logistics for conferences or events
• Assist the local BD with scheduling meetings and maintain calendars as needed
• Provide general support for the Global BD Team
• Work on ad-hoc BD related projects

What they're looking for:

• Undergraduate student graduating anywhere from December 2027 through June 2028
• Must be able to work legally in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future
• GPA of 3.2 or above
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to learn new concepts and apply them
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to be self-starter who can work independently
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old to apply
