2027 Business Intern Talent Pool (Finance, Marketing, Accounting, HR)

Axalta is a global leader in coatings technology seeking college students for its Fast Track Early Talent Program. Business interns in finance, accounting, marketing, or human resources will support functional activities, participate in professional development workshops, and complete a capstone project presentation.

What you'll do:

• Assist in financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Support the preparation of financial documents, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Help analyze financial data to identify trends and make recommendations
• Assist in day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Help maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Assist in recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
• Support onboarding processes and employee orientation programs
• Support learning & development initiatives along with diversity & inclusion initiatives
• Help maintain employee records and assist in the administration of HR policies and programs

What they're looking for:

• Currently pursuing a degree in business-related field (finance, accounting, marketing, human resources, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
• All applicants must have the necessary work authorization to be employed in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future (including F1 OPT and H1-B statuses)
