2027 Corporate Finance Summer Analyst

StepStone Group is a global private markets specialist delivering investment solutions, advisory services, and data-driven insights. The Corporate Finance Summer Analyst will support quarter-end management reporting, financial modeling, KPI development, data organization, and a strategic Corporate Finance project.

What you'll do:

• Prepare management team reporting for quarter-end deliverables
• Gather and organize data to support KPI reporting
• Complete a strategic Corporate Finance project with supervision and guidance from team
• Assist development of additional KPIs to support management team decision-making
• Update firm internal financial model

What they're looking for:

• Must be able to work legally in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future
• Undergraduate student graduating anywhere from December 2027 through June 2028
• GPA of 3.2 or higher
• High proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrable analytical capabilities, including strong quantitative/modeling skills
• Team player and outstanding work ethic
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic record, excellent quantitative skills, high quality writing skills, and a positive, team-oriented attitude
