2027 Internship: CWC Human Resources (Muskegon, MI)

Kautex Textron is a global automotive supplier developing plastic fuel systems, battery enclosures, and other mobility and industrial products. The Human Resources Intern will support recruiting, HRIS administration, onboarding, employee engagement, learning management transactions, employee inquiries, and HR reporting.

What you'll do:

• Assist with full cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing candidates, conducting and scheduling interviews, creating offers, background checks/drug screens, onboarding, and orientation
• Responsible for entry and maintenance of HRIS data
• Manages all new hire paperwork including employee files, I-9s, etc
• Assist with the coordination of employee engagement activities
• Manages transactions within the learning management system
• Assist with general employee questions regarding pay, benefits, policies, etc
• Documents and prepares required reports
