2027 Internship: CWC Human Resources (Muskegon, MI)

Kautex is a global Tier One automotive supplier that designs and manufactures plastic fuel systems, battery enclosures, industrial packaging, and cast camshafts. The Human Resources intern will support recruiting, HRIS administration, onboarding, employee engagement, learning management transactions, employee inquiries, and HR reporting.

What you'll do:

• Assist with full cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing candidates, conducting and scheduling interviews, creating offers, background checks/drug screens, onboarding, and orientation
• Responsible for entry and maintenance of HRIS data
• Manages all new hire paperwork including employee files, I-9s, etc
• Assist with the coordination of employee engagement activities
• Manages transactions within the learning management system
• Assist with general employee questions regarding pay, benefits, policies, etc
• Documents and prepares required reports
