2027 Internship - eCommerce Business Analyst

Textron is a global company with a diverse portfolio of industry-leading brands. The eCommerce Business Analyst Intern will support the aftermarket eCommerce team through reporting, business analytics, digital asset database management, cross-functional coordination, and website functionality testing.

What you'll do:

• Assist with developing reports and dashboards in Power BI and other tools
• Support the development, management, and maintenance of the Digital Asset database, while supporting the uploading of assets and system upgrades when needed
• Coordinate regularly with eCommerce team and various other functions including but not limited to: + Information Technology + Corporate Global Logistics Team + Internal Customers + External Customers + Regulatory Compliance Team + Service Providers
• Assist with testing the functionality of our website and provide suggestions to meet internal and external customer expectations

• Pursuing Bachelor's degree in: * Management Information Systems * Computer Science * Engineering * Other related technical fields
• Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills
• Good computer skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work in a team environment to meet department level objectives
• Applicants must be authorized to work lawfully in the U.S. for Textron Aviation at the time of making application, and visa sponsorship is not available for this position, including for F-1 students and J-1 exchange visitors who will need employment sponsorship
• Candidates must be able to work onsite for the entirety of the internship program unless approved otherwise by the hiring manager
