2027 Internship - Human Resources Associate

Textron is a global company offering internships that provide mentorship, training, and hands-on project experience. The Human Resources Associate Intern will assist with HR support, employee data, procedures, services, talent management, HR technology enhancements, and internal talent acquisition.

What you'll do:

• Develop and maintain standard and customized processes for human resources to support HR management, business partners and other internal customers
• Partner with functional leadership to drive talent management/development programs and philosophies consistent with the organization’s strategy, goals, and values
• Participate in implementation of human resources technology enhancements
• Support internal talent acquisition including the sourcing of talent, building talent pipelines, and identifying talent gaps/needs. Partner with recruiter and hiring manager to set recruitment strategy and oversee recruitment processes
• Other projects and assignments to support and gain exposure to different human resources

• Pursuing bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field
• Excellent professional communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)

• Ability to maintain confidentiality with HR sensitive material

• Applicants must be authorized to work lawfully in the U.S. for Textron Aviation at the time of making application, and visa sponsorship is not available for this position, including for F-1 students and J-1 exchange visitors who will need employment sponsorship
• Summer internships are 40 hours per week typically from late-May to early-August lasting 10 weeks
• Candidates must be able to work onsite for the entirety of the internship program unless approved otherwise by the hiring manager
