2027 Internship - Marketing (Marketing Associate)

Textron is seeking a Marketing Associate Intern to support its marketing team and stakeholders in developing integrated marketing initiatives across multiple channels. The role assists with campaign execution, brand-standard compliance, stakeholder collaboration, and lead-generation efforts while developing professional skills through hands-on project work.

What you'll do:

• Lead projects from concept through execution including, but not limited to:
• Developing a plan
• Setting timelines
• Working directly with external vendors and stakeholders
• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns within the annual marketing plan
• Ensure both internal and customer-facing marketing materials adhere to company master brand standards
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Content & Digital, Brand, Trade Shows & Events, Communications, Technical Marketing, Sales, and supporting vendors
• Assist in specific efforts to generate increased marketing leads for existing models, new product announcements or enhancements, and unsold inventory
• Actively engages in personal development
