2027 K-Star Summer Internship Program - Asset-Backed Finance Investment Management Services

KKR is a global investment firm offering alternative asset management, capital markets, and insurance solutions. K-Star’s Asset-Backed Finance Investment Management Services Summer Interns will support the team in funding, monitoring, and servicing asset-backed transactions by working with loan and collateral data, reconciling cash flows, assisting with reporting, and supporting transaction processes and controls.

What you'll do:

• Working with loan and collateral data
• Helping reconcile cash flows
• Assisting with investor and trustee reporting
• Supporting the processes and controls that keep transactions running smoothly
• Participate in special projects and assignments related to the growth of the platform as deemed necessary and appropriate by their manager

What they're looking for:

• Current undergraduate students with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 – June 2028
• Outstanding academic record
• Genuine interest in asset-backed finance, structured credit, and investing demonstrated through coursework, clubs, or prior experience
• Comfort using AI-powered tools to improve productivity and quality of work
• Quick learner with clear intellectual curiosity and self-motivation
• Excellent communication skills
• Team-oriented
• Exceptional work ethic; strong attention to detail, sense of urgency, and ability to multi-task
• Demonstrated leadership ability
