2027 New Graduate - Electrical Engineer

Radiant is a startup developing portable nuclear microreactors. The company is seeking a new graduate Electrical Engineer to assist with the design, modeling, analysis, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and components while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams. The role also contributes to technical documentation and laboratory prototyping activities.

What you'll do:

• Assist with the design, modeling, and analysis of electrical systems and components
• Support testing, validation, and troubleshooting of hardware and instrumentation
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary engineering teams (mechanical, software, nuclear) to ensure system reliability and safety
• Contribute to documentation, schematics, and technical reports
• Participate in lab and prototyping work as needed

What they're looking for:

• • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline
• • Graduating in December 2026 or Spring 2027
• • Foundational knowledge of circuit design, power systems, or control systems
• • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn
• • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment
• • Familiarity with tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, SPICE, or CAD software is a plus
