2027 Parts Sales Account Mgr

The Parts Sales Account Manager intern will build and maintain customer relationships, support regional sales activities, manage CRM information, provide sales forecasting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

What you'll do:

• Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
• Coordinate the involvement of company personnel including support, service, and management resources to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations
• Assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
• Maintain account information in CRM system including logging all calls
• Support remote territory sales team within the region for sales and administrative functions
• Provide seasonal sales data and forecasting for sourcing team for the region to meet market trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams based on customer needs, product feedback, and efforts around going to market

What they're looking for:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required
• Years of Experience: 1 or more years of experience in account management
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
