2027 Performance Analytics Intern - Chicago, IL

Wealthspire is hiring a Performance Analytics Intern to support the Fiducient Advisors Performance Analytics team. The intern will assist with client onboarding, maintaining performance and CRM data, reconciling performance data, and contributing to projects while gaining exposure to financial services.

What you'll do:

• Support the onboarding of new clients within Fiducient’s performance systems
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data across performance and CRM systems
• Use Excel to reconcile performance data and help identify discrepancies
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities with Performance team leaders
• Assist with ad hoc projects and other team initiatives as assigned
• Perform responsibilities in a primarily seated office environment, with regular communication and occasional standing, walking, reaching, and use of hands and fingers
• Lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds, with reasonable accommodations available to support the performance of essential job functions

What they're looking for:

• Finance, Business, or Economics major required
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Problem solving skillset, paired with the ability to handle multiple projects at one time
• General enthusiasm about investments / the financial services industry
• Proficiency using Microsoft suite products, especially Microsoft Excel
• Preferably a rising senior
