2027 Select Sires, Inc. Internship - International Marketing

Select Sires, Inc. is a farmer-owned organization providing genetics, services, and programs to dairy and beef producers worldwide. The International Marketing Intern will support international distributors, conduct market research, create marketing materials and social media content, assist with visitor tours, and contribute to special projects and presentations.

What you'll do:

• Serve as a positive representation of the Select Sires, Inc. Mission and Core Values
• Provide market support to international distributors
• Evaluate current market dynamics and provide suggestions for new opportunities
• Conduct market research and develop presentations for the international marketing team
• Create marketing material to support our global brand and/or international distributors
• Plan and create content for WWS social media accounts
• Write ad copy and articles promoting our products, services, company, etc
• Assist with tour planning for our international visitors
• Work with the Senior Vice President of Visalia Operations and Business Development Directors on special projects that strengthen the WWS brand
• Demonstrate public speaking skills through creating and presenting an internship summary presentation to the marketing department

What they're looking for:

• Basic knowledge of and interest in the dairy industry
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Organized, willingness to learn, team player
• Ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook) is essential
• Junior or Senior student majoring in Dairy  Science, Animal Science, Agriculture or related area of study
